Micki Hayes

Operations Assistant

Native to Lexington, Ohio, Micki has been a part of the band world since beginning in high school. After performing with and graduating from Lexington HS, Micki then went on to perform with the Tournament of Roses Honor Band in 2015, and was a drum major for the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps in 2019.

Micki has taught at several organizations like Newton HS (Assistant Marching Band Director, 2017-2019), Tippecanoe HS (Assistant Percussion Ensemble Director, 2017-2020), Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps (Administrator, 2018), Bellbrook HS (Woodwind/Visual Tech, 2019-2022), Cap City Percussion (Administrator, 2022-2023), and Kettering Fairmont HS (Visual Coordinator, 2022-Present). Micki also spends her days as an Administrative Assistant at Fred J Miller Inc.

In her spare time, Micki loves to experiment with cooking, spend time with her cats, and look after her plants.
